Booklets:

This is a resource that is offered following the talks as well as online, simply contact us to request one or we will contact you if your review form asks for us to send one to your e-mail.
What is it?
The booklet offers a basic understanding of ways to cope with challenging feelings as well as helping you to tackle these feelings and perhaps unwanted thoughts.
How big is it?
The booklet is about 20 pages long and has a range of activites, advice and methods inside. Once you have completed the booklet you may request another of the generalised booklets or request one based on your own individual issues.

Specific Booklets:

This resource is for those who want a more focussed challenge, we encourage you to also send us areas you wish to work on and we aim to tailor the booklet to your own needs.
From here we can work to improve how you face your illness on a day to day basis. This helps us to identify activities and coping stategies that will best benefit you as an individual.

We Aim to have all Booklets out within 1-2 weeks after the review sheets are collected.

Help:

As much as we aim to support you as much as we can and understand the difficult situation you are in , we believe in the idea that early intervention is key. So, if you have any concerns treatment is key to recovery and we will support you in any way we can in that journey. The aim is to keep you supported and safe.
We can advise places to offer this support and talk you throught he process as best we can as well as providing reassurance, we understand this is a traumatic time and it is difficult to reach out but in the long run this is a far better solution for a better recovery.
